Sailing Toward Da Nang, Vietnam

Day at Sea toward Da Nang, Vietnam -- December 1, 2016

After two port days it was good to have another sea day to relax and recuperated. Everyone just enjoyed their day doing whatever fits their interests at their own pace. We were able to sleep in a little and then went to Rotterdam Dining Room for breakfast before the start of our day on the ship.

My Dungeness Crab Benedict, excellent!

We then went to the theater for the port talk as the QiGong session came to an end.

The rest of the morning was spent just going around the ship and relaxing in our cabin. Then we had an early lunch at the Lido. The ship was rocking and rolling quite a bit all day long with some big swells at sea.

Loved the salad bar at Lido which they put the ingredients of your choice and mixed it right there. Kind of like what they served in the main dining room for lunch on Radiance of the Seas.

My hero on this ship--Menard, who graciously shared his specialties whenever he cooked up something special at the Lido. If he was busy, he would asked the waiter to bring me the special dish to try. What a guy! Fell in love with his Filipino food.

Yay! Menard!

Swita was definitely sweet! Always served with a smile.

Sorry for the bad pictures of the dinner menu.

Getting a little sea sick.

Better get to bed before the rocking and rolling get to us. We will have to start early tomorrow.
